What plants grow good this time of year in zone 9? Starting from a seed?

I was wondering what plants grow good this time of year in zone 9? I want to grow them from seeds, but what type of plants are easy, cheap, and good to grow in zone 9? i know that spring is comeing up, and this is one of the good times of the year when plants begin to grow and bloom, but what type of plants are good? i like vines herbs and cented plants best, but i want to grow what ever i can from seeds, or buying them from the store. What is a good treadmill workout for beginners?

In the debates you always hear of one person bringing up they voted this way or that, but the other person says it’s a lie. I don’t follow every move the candidates make but obviously this is a critical presidential election coming up and I want to make sure my vote goes to the right person. Are there any websites that will give me good info? I will check out each candidate’s site, but I was wondering if there are any others?

What are some good ways to get better at accuracy and power for kicking?
